This is the third bail application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 129/2025 registered at Police Station – Civil Line, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Earlier two bail applications of the applicant was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2026 and 06.04.2026 passed in MCRC Nos. 966/2026 and 3017/2026. 3. As per the prosecution case, on 23.01.2025, the Assistant Sub-Inspector PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2026.06.19 16:35:16 +0530 2 (ASI), Police Station Civil Lines, received information through the Samanvya Portal from the Ministry of Home Affairs, which had been forwarded by the Office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cyber Range. The information pertained to the alleged use of mule bank accounts for illegal monetary transactions. During the inquiry, it was found that an amount of Rs.64,10,855/- had allegedly been deposited through a Bank of Maharashtra account, Raipur Branch, and subsequently transferred to a total of 128 bank accounts. The allegation against the present applicant is that he assisted in transferring the said amount into such accounts, and on that basis, his name came to be implicated in the present case. Thereafter, on 23.03.2025, Police Station Range Cyber, Civil Lines, District Raipur (C.G.), registered Crime No. 129/2025 against unknown persons for offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier two bail application was rejected on merits, therefore this third bail application is filed. He further submits that the trial of the case is on the verge of conclusion and the statement of the accused is to be recorded. Further the applicant has no previous criminal antecedents and he is in jail since 27.03.2025, hence, he prays for releasing the applicant on regular bail. 5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that earlier two bail applications of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on merits. Hence, this bail application is liable to be rejected. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 7. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the fact that this is the third bail application of the applicant and earlier two bail applications of the applicant was rejected by this 3 Court on merits, further the trial of the case is on the verge of conclusion and the statement of the accused is to be recorded, this Court is of the opinion that it is no t a fit case to enlarge the applicant on regular bail. 8. Accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant- Sheikh Shoheb filed under Section 483 of BNSS, involved in Crime No. 129/2025 registered at Police Station – Civil Line, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, is rejected at this stage. 9. Needless to say that the trial Court concerned is at liberty to proceed and conclude the trial expeditiously. 10.
