A perusal of the records reveal that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner before the second respondent police on 25.02.2026. The petitioner has appeared on 09.03.2026 and thereafter, he is directed to appear on 27.03.2026. 3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the civil Court decree in O.S.No.241 of 2013, on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Dindigul, the complaint lodged by the third respondent cannot be enquired by the second respondent police. 4.
