1. Heard Mr. Shakti Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :-

2 pending before complaint dated 13.02.2015 registered against the petitioner filed before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, District, Durg (C.G.) and the petitioner be exonerated from all the charges in the larger interest of justice.”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 28.07.2025. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
