The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.10.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.24864/2025 (BDA). 2. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the complainant's representation dated 01.07.2021. 3. The learned counsel for the accused has filed a 'memo for progress of compliance' stating that the Alternative Site Allotment Committee examined the representation and has resolved that an alternate site of the same dimensions in the same layout or in a subsequent layout where such a site is available shall be allotted. The learned counsel for the accused submits that the complainant's representation has been considered positively. 5. Since the direction was limited for considering the representation of the complainant, the present complaint is closed.
