The present writ miscellaneous application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 19.10.2024, which reads as under:- “Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of best efforts, he is not getting any instructions from the petitioners to enable him to pursue the petitions. The writ petitions are dismissed for non- prosecution. The petitioners shall be at liberty to move an application for revival of the writ petitions, if cause of action survives.” [2026:RJ-JP:15401] (2 of 2) [WMAP-84/2025] 2. Mr. Aayush Goyal along with Mr. Lucky Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that recently the applicant/petitioner approached him for invoking the liberty as was granted vide order dated 19.10.2024. Thus, the present writ miscellaneous application has been filed. 3. In view of the order dated 19.10.2024 vide which the applicant/petitioner was granted liberty to file application for revival of the writ petitions, if cause of action survives, and for the reasons mentioned in the present writ miscellaneous application, the same is allowed and the order dated 19.10.2024 is recalled and consequently, the S.B.
