The claim of the petitioner in the present writ application that there are unpaid remunerations pending before the authorities and the petitioner has made representation for release of the said unpaid remuneration along with interest but till date the authorities have not considered the request of the petitioner. 2. It is found from the record that on May 28, 2025 and June 26, 2025, the petitioner has made a detailed representation to the authorities with the prayer to consider the request of the petitioner for finalize/release and/or disbursement of arrear as well as current payments of bills along with interest but the same has not considered. 3. Considering the above, this Court finds that only grievance of the petitioner that the respondent authorities have not considered the request of the petitioner in spite of the representation received by the authorities. 2 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated May 28, 2025 and June 26, 2025 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Accordingly, WPA 15936 of 2025 stands disposed of. 6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
