This Court vide order dated 19.08.2024 suspended the sentence with a condition that the revision petitioner has to deposit 50% of the fine amount before the trial Court within a period of four weeks and to execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with one surety. But the revision petitioner has not complied the said order and the same is brought to the notice of the Court on 05.12.2024 itself. 3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is not pursuing the matter even it is referred to Lok-Adalath on 17.04.2025. In Lok-Adalath also, none of the parties have appeared and the matter is subsequently referred to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29603 CRL.RP No. 1008 of 2024 the special mediation drive on 29.01.2026 and there also, the matter is not settled. 4. When the revision petitioner is not pursuing the matter and also not appearing before the Court, consideration of this revision does not arise. Moreover, the matter is not yet admitted. Accordingly, the revision petition stands dismissed in view of non-compliance of the conditional order dated 19.08.2024 and also not pursuing the revision diligently.
