I have spoken with respondent no.2 and 3 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioners. Respondent no.2 and 3 submit that now they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners. 4. Having spoken with respondents no.2 and 3, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 5. Therefore, the petition is allowed case FIR No. 278/2023 of PS Kapashera for offence under Section 323/341/34 IPC along with chargesheet filed under Section 354A/506/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
