By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :- “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.06.19 19:16:35 +0530 2 the impugned order dated 02.05.2023 and discharge the petitioner from the offence under Section 409, 420 of IPC in respect of crime bearing Basna as well as no. 369/2013 registered at Police Station from the criminal proceeding bearing Criminal Case No. 116/2015 pending before the JMFC, Basna, Mahasamund in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 31.05.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
