( Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:-
“(a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby quashing Rule 13 of the H.P. Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022 (Annexure P-2), Paragraph 10 of the Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2022 (Annexure P-3), the impugned Office Memorandum dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-6), and other similar Office Memorandum including Annexure P-4, Annexure P-5, to the extent that they authorize or implement a Policy of paying the acknowledged arrears of pay and pension revision benefits in installments or in a Deferred manner, holding such provisions/stipulations to be illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, and unconstitutional; (b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to release and pay to the Petitioners the entire 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 outstanding benefits of pay revision effective from benefits, 01.01.2016, including all arrears of pay, revised Pensionary Death-cum- Retirement Gratuity (DCRG), commuted value of pension, and Leave encashment, in a lump sum, along with interest thereon @9% per annum from the date such amounts became due till the date of actual payment, with all consequential benefits for all purposes and intents within time bound manner.”

Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are heard and reserved for pronouncement of
judgment by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
