At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, instead of the quashment of the orders of the SDO, SHOAIB ANWAR Digitally signed by SHOAIB ANWAR Date: 2026.06.19 10:13:59 +0530 2 Tehsildar and Collector dated 30.07.2020, 24.07.2020 and 12.11.2020 respectively, the Tehsildar is proceeding for the dispossession of the present petitioner. 2. From the perusal of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1867/2020 dated 10.03.2026, it appears that while deciding the writ petition, this Court granted liberty to the concerned Tehsildar to proceed under Section 248 of the CGLRC, 1959. Hence, from the proceedings drawn by Tehsildar, it appears that he is acting upon the liberty granted by this Court. Therefore, in my opinion, there is no violation of the order of this Court, as the Tehsildar is proceeding in compliance with the order passed by this Court. Hence, no contempt is made out. 3.
