Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering the petitioners complaint dated 26-02-2026 as FIR or not taking any action against the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 16 who encroached my land and coming with deadly weapons to threaten us forcibly of my agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.90-1, situated at Machavaram Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District even the Flonble Fligh Court was passed orders in W.P. No.21729 of 2020 regarding the subject land as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, rights guaranteed to me under article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to register the petitioners complaint 26.02.2026 as FIR against the respondent Nos. 5 to 16 and not to interfere in petitioners land and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased direct the official respondents to register the petitioner’s complaint dt.26.02.2026 as FIR against the respondent Nos. 5 to 16 and not to interfere in petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.90-1, situated at Machavaram Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following prayer:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering the petitioner’s complaint dated 26-02-2026 as FIR or not taking any action against the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 16 who encroached my land and coming with deadly weapons to threaten us forcibly of my agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.90-1, situated at Machavaram Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District even the Hon’ble High Court was passed orders in W.P. No.21729 of 2020 regarding the subject land as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, rights guaranteed to me under article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to register the petitioner’s complaint 26.02.2026 as FIR against the respondent Nos.5 to 16 and not to interfere in petitioner’s land and pass such other order or orders…”

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to filing of writ petition, police have registered FIR and that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________
