GP FOR REVENUE 3 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in contemplating to allot the assignment patta to the 3rd parties from petitioners’ assignment pattas to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents of assignment patta vide F.Dis No. 1915/84 in Sy.No. 454/1, which was issued in the year 1975 belonging to the 1st petitioner and to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents of assignment patta vide F.Dis No. 1902/84 in Sy.No. 401/2 which was issued in the year 1975 belonging to the 2nd petitioner and an extent of Ac.5.06 cents of assignment patta vide F.Dis No. 70/77 in Sy.No. 490/1 which was issued in the year 1968 belonging to the 3rd petitioner situated in Gumparlapadu Village, AS Peta Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and thereby threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their agricultural land, during subsistence of pattta in their favour. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.04.2026 submits that the 4th respondent has not initiated any action including the issuance of notices to the petitioners and also not initiated any action to dispossess from the subject land. If it is needed to initiate action, he will follow the due procedure as contemplated under law. 4 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and recording the said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.04.2026, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is needless to mention that, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.04.2026 shall be made as part of the court record. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
