For the Respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for the respondent- State. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Learned counsel representing the petitioner fairly states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file comprehensive representation to the respondent-Department with further direction to decide the same in a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file comprehensive representation to the respondent-Department within a period of two weeks, which in turn, shall be decided by the competent authority 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:37787 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass speaking order. It is clarified that order of revocation, which otherwise came to be challenged in the instant proceedings, shall not come in the way of the department to re-consider the matter in accordance with law.
