The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the competent Labour Court to decide the Case No. 27/PW Act/2023 Civil at an earliest to the next stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application moved under Section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 is pending consideration before the competent authority under the Act of Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2026.06.19 16:10:33 +0530 2 1936 Durg since 19.04.2023 and there is no substantial progress in the matter. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the said authority to conclude the proceeding at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that Case No. 27/PW Act/2023 Civil was moved by the petitioner before the competent authority under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 – Cum – Labour Court Durg on 19.04.2023 and matter is still pending consideration before the said authority, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority/Labour Court to conclude the proceeding at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if matter is already not decided. 6.
