No. 01/2026, an application for withdrawal of the present bail application. 2. This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 129/2025 registered at Police Station – Civil Line, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. The first bail application preferred by the applicant was rejected by KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 this Court vide order dated 13.01.2026 passed in MCRC No. 433 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has substantially progressed and is at the verge of conclusion. It is further submitted that the statements of all the accused persons, including the present applicant, have already been recorded before the trial Court. In these circumstances, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application and has filed I.A. No. 01/2026 to that effect. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the grounds stated in I.A. No. 01/2026, the application for withdrawal of the present bail application deserves to be and is hereby allowed. 7. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01/2026 stands allowed.
