Learned ASC for the State, as per instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner, pending before the Jail Authority, shall be decided within a period of two weeks. 3. In view of the statement made above, since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, the present petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
