Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, along with other accused persons, had preferred CRA No. 430 of 2025 before this Court, which came to be dismissed vide judgment dated
17.03.2026. It is submitted that due to an inadvertent typographical error in paragraph 56 of the said judgment, the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Rameshwar Kanwar" instead of "Parmeshwar Kanwar". Therefore, a prayer has been made for correction of the said clerical error.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
4. Considering the submission made and as the error appears to be purely clerical in nature, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in paragraph 56 of the judgment dated 17.03.2026 passed in CRA No. 430 of 2025, the name "Rameshwar Kanwar" shall stand corrected and be read as "Parmeshwar Kanwar".
5. Let a copy of this order be kept on record of CRA No. 430 of 2025 for necessary compliance and reference. Sd/- Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) (Ramesh Sinha) Judge Chief Justice Brijmohan
