By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s): 2 “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTSC (POCSO Act) Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon (CG) in Special Criminal (POCSO) Case No. 96/2022 and further allow the application under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C. in the interest of justice” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 01.05.2026. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
