The instant second (interim) bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 37/2025, registered at Police Station Vidhyadhar nagar District Jaipur for offences under Sections 309(6), 103(1), 331(5) of BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this interim bail application on the ground that the petitioner’s nephew (son of the petitioner’s sister) is getting married on 25.04.2026. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the verification report which confirms the fact that petitioner’s nephew (son of the petitioner’s sister) marriage is scheduled on 25.04.2026. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the interim bail application of the accused-petitioner is allowed till 26.04.2026 from the date of his release. 6. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner -Bajrang Lal Bairwa S/o Gyarsi Lal Bairwa, shall be enlarged on interim bail till 26.04.2026 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. It is needless to say that after availing interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 27.04.2026 at 10.00AM. 6. The concerned jail authorities and the trial court are directed to send the report to this Court regarding surrender of the petitioner. 7. Furthermore, it is directed that in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the Jail Authorities within stipulated time, his bail bonds shall be forfeited and the proceedings for arresting the petitioner shall be initiated immediately by the trial Court.
