official respondents to evict the private respondents from the land of the petitioner.
4.
The other respondents are the Circle Officer, Sub Divisional Officer and Deputy Commissioner. These officers do not have the power to evict any person from the land belonging to a private person, even if it has been encroached upon.
5.
Admittedly, the land is not a Government land, as it is the case of the petitioner that the land belongs to him. Thus, the petitioner should approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
6.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
