(ORAL) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent authorities to decide her complaint dated 20.02.2026 qua fraudulent issuance of EWS certificate. She is further seeking setting aside of appointment of respondent No.7-Jasbir Kaur under EWS category. 2. The petitioner and respondent No.7 are Anganwadi workers at Village Khawaspur, Block Khadoor Sahib, District Tarn Taran. The respondent No.7 on the basis of her EWS certificate dated 05.12.2025 applied for promotion to the post of Supervisor. The petitioner filed complaint dated 20.02.2026 before respondent authorities seeking action against misuse of reservation benefit. She on 08.05.2026 was directed to appear before authorities. She appeared before competent authority on 11.05.2026. Despite inquiry, no action against respondent No.7 has been initiated till date.
