The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint as against one Venkatesh with respect to swindling of money and gold. However, no action has been taken. Hence this writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint made by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No.306 of 2026 and the same was closed, recording that the dispute involved is of civil nature. 4.
