The learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are sufficient materials against the present petitioner. It is further submitted that two witnesses have implicated the present petitioner and the prayer for bail was rejected on 28th January, 2026. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only two witnesses have been examined so far. 3. In view of the rejection order dated 28th January, 2026, I do not find any change of circumstances and, accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected. 4.
