Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned counsel for respondent collectively submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous. However,
learned counsel for the petitioner stated that respondent disobeyed the order passed by the Court of II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru on IA No.XXXI in G & WC No.03/2022 dated 02.05.2026 and also the order rendered in WP No.27355/2024.

3. In case there is such disobedience either of the
order passed by the Family Court referred above or in the aforementioned writ petition, petitioner has got every right to take appropriate steps against the respondent as provided under law.
4. So far as this writ petition is concerned, as the same has become infructuous as submitted by both the
learned counsel, there are no reasons for keeping it pending.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that as ordered by this Court through order dated 19.05.2026, compliance affidavit is filed. Compliance affidavit filed is taken on record.
