ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 seeking transfer of patta in respect of Survey No. 62/5B measuring 1 cent 13 sq.ft., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis situated at Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has purchased the land in survey No.62/5B admeasuring 1 cent 13 Sq.ft and has put up construction of house and has obtained electricity connection. Thereafter, property taxes are also being paid. The petitioner is seeking patta for the said land which is registered in Document No.133 of 2011, dated 20.01.2011. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no rival claim to the said property. 4.Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
