Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.673 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 08.12.2025. 4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. 5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
