It appears that although the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, I do not find that there is any inordinate delay in proceeding with the case. 3. It appears from the record that rigors under Section 37 of the NDPS Act are not rebutted by the petitioners since the contraband articles were recovered from their possession. 4.
