Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that after filing of these execution petitions, respondents have issued the office letters re-fixing petitioners’ pay scales, however, the petitioner still have certain grievances, therefore, they be permitted to seek appropriate remedy qua such grievances.

In case the petitioners have surviving grievances, it is for them to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, in accordance with law.

In view of above, present execution petitions to stand disposed of.
