P. Act And In the matter of : Premanshu Dutta ……Petitioner. Mr. Amit Ranjan Pati, Ms. Swastika Chowdhury, Ms. Ilika Nag, Mr. Avijit Chatterjee ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Parmanand Sharma, Mr. Bhaskar Seth ……for the State. 1. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the objection of the learned State Counsel and the materials in the case diary, I find that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 2. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely Premanshu Dutta shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal 2 Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. In case the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court. 4. The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed. 5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
