The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gomoh G.R.P.S. Case No.08/2025, for offence registered under section 303(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He next submits that the allegations are made that the informant was travelling in the Train and in the little hour of morning the Bag was stolen. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Gomoh G.R.P.S.
