Petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.02.2025 (Annexure-8) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Giridih in Mutation Revision Case No. 18/2022-23. 3. From the revisional order, it is quite clear that the case has been remanded to the Circle Officer, Giridih, thus at this stage, I am not inclined to exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to adjudicate the issue in question. 4. Since, the matter has been remanded to the Circle Officer, Giridih by the Appellate Authority, it is expected that the Circle Officer, Giridih will pass an appropriate order after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipts of a copy of this order. 5.
