Pursuant to the detailed order passed in this matter on 03.09.2026, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 05.09.2026 from the Director, Animal Husbandry, H.P., conveying that the petitioner has now been transferred from the office of Assistant Director (SD), Bharmour, District Chamba, to the office of Assistant Director, Sperm Station, Palampur, District Kangra, vide order dated 03.09.2026. The office instructions also request waiver of the cost of Rs.5,000/- imposed upon the respondents in the previous order. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has also placed on record corrigendum dated 07.09.2026 giving TTA to the petitioner. On the basis of instructions imparted to him, learned Additional Advocate General apprised that petitioner shall also be entitled to joining time as per law. 3. Looking to the contents of the office instructions dated 05.09.2026, the office order dated 03.09.2026, corrigendum dated 07.09.2026 passed by the respondents and the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General, the cost imposed upon the respondents in the previous order is hereby waived.
