According to him 11.08.2026 is fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. 3. It appears from the record that more than 33 kg. of ganja was recovered from the possession of the present petitioner. The rigors under Section 37 of the NDPS Act were not rebutted. 4.
