By way of instant petitioner, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:- “ (i) That writ of mandamus may kindly be also issued, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from the present place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School Solang, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla, H.P. to one of the schools as mentioned in para-5 supra against longer stay or likely vacancies, keeping in view the adverse family circumstances of the petitioner.” 2.
