Learned counsel appearing for the State respondent has filed a report with regard to the implementation of the advisory Board. A copy of the report is taken on record. 2. For the proper implementation of the said advisory, a resolution has been adopted on 5.2.2026 and its implementation shall be effected within a period of six months. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners vehemently opposes the same and submits that the implementation has been pending for some time despite the adoption of the resolution. 4. Learned counsel for the State respondent submits that since it is an advisory and not a Notification, it shall be implemented as expeditiously as possible. 5. Having heard the parties, I am of the considered view that since the State respondent has already adopted a resolution for the implementation of the Advisory Memo No. 685-WT/TPT-15011/20/2026 dated 24.2.2026, the resolution shall be implemented peremptorily by 15th of September, 2026 and according the same shall be uploaded to the Transport Department Official Portal. 6. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied and not admitted. 7. The writ petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the writ petition. 8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
