Mr. D. Das, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he will be representing the said newly substituted respondent and prays that he may be allowed to file his power in course of the day. Accordingly, the deceased respondent No. 6/Syiem of Sohra is now duly substituted by the newly appointed Acting Syiem as has been stated at para 3 of this application.
