Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Corut may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to process and disburse the pension and all retiral dues of the deceased employee Smt. Saraswati Shrivastava, to the petitioner with interest at 9% per annum from 13.02.2006 until payment. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to issue a formal retirement order for Smt. Saraswati Shrivastava and prepare the documents with respect to the retirement. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is an old age person of about 87 years, however after his retirement retiral dues have not been paid to him. Being aggrieved to this, petitioner has submitted several representations vide Annexure P-2 from 06.08.2024 till 05.03.2025, however, none of his representations has been considered. Therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to 3 / 3 consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for respective respondents submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 4 to consider and take decision on representations submitted by petitioner, they are having no objection. They also submits that they are not representing respondent no. 4. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievances raised in this writ petition and also considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
