Case No. 484 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which Section 103(1) BNS was added later on. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons brutally assaulted the father of informant as a result of which he died during course of treatment. Deceased has named this petitioner as one of the assailants. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and dying declaration, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
