Case No.171 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the P.R as at Annexure-1. This Court finds that large quantity of liquor was seized by the Excise Police. The name of the petitioner is mentioned in the P.R. Recorded the objection of the State. In view of the recovery of good quantity of liquor, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail plea of the petitioner, who is, however, directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 4.
