This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order passed dated 18.04.2024 (Annexure P/1) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge FTC, Ambikapur in Sessions Trial No,. 157 of 2022. c. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction to Additional Sessions Judge FTC Ambikapur to examine the prosecutrix/petitioner. d. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 4/State for providing protection from respondent No.5 till the conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 157 of 2022. e.
