The petitioners have filed the present writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 24 the May, 2026. 2. Considering the prayer made by the petitioners and the report filed by the State, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Officer-in-Charge, Tarakeswar police Station to consider the representation of the petitioner by giving an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order and to communicate the same to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 4.
