Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State/respondent No. 1. This is an application under Section 430 of BNSS for suspension of sentence and to allow the applicants to remain them on previous bail during the pendencey of the revision petition. The petitioner was initially convicted by the legend SDJM(M), Bijni and in PRC Case No. 60/2023 whereby the learned trial court convicted the petitioner under Section 341 IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for two years each and to pay fine of Rs.2000/- and subsequently on appeal the sentence was reduced to one year. Having regard to the above, the execution of the impugned judgment and sentence is hereby suspended. This interlocutory application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
