Learned Senior counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the course of investigation, the officer-in-charge of the concerned Police Station also came to be implicated in the instant case and he was sent to judicial custody but then he was granted the privilege of regular bail, as such, the learned Senior counsel seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners to surrender and seek regular bail like the officer-in-charge of the concerned Rail P.S. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6.
