The petitioner had submitted a representation to the second respondent seeking removal of obstruction in the common drainage abutting the petitioner’s property. The second respondent, by proceedings dated 25.10.2025, directed the fourth respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner’s representation. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has not acted upon the said proceedings. 3. Ms. P.B. A4/4345/2025 dated 25.10.2025 issued by the second respondent, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
