The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set- aside the impugned order dated 23.01.2019 (Annexure P/1) and 12.11.2018 (Annexure P/5) arise from crime No. 472 of 2015 and thereby direct the concern police authorities to produce the mobile message record and call details between complainant and petitioner before the learned trial Court, in the interest of justice.” 4.
