Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner Sri Kedar Chetri @ Dai has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Pragjyotishpur P.S. Case No.145/2025, registered under Section 65 (2)/13 of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner has already completed 94 days in judicial custody. 4. Mr. Parasar has submitted that the charge sheet has not yet been filed till now. 5. Under the given circumstances, the petitioner is entitled to default bail. His bail application is allowed. 6. The petitioner, namely- Sri Kedar Chetri @ Dai who was arrested in connection with Pragjyotishpur P.S. Case No.145/2025, under Section 65 (2)/13 of BNS, 2023, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Kamrup (M), Guwahati.
