Heard Mr. Lallan Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 46 of 2020 (State Vs. Sonu Harijan and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 180 of 2018, under Sections 392, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Sikarara, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Jaunpur, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant apprised this Court that charge sheet was filed in the matter in the year 2018 and till date charges have not been framed against the accused persons, which is adversely affecting the interest/rights of the applicant. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Lallan Prasad, Mahesh Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Digvijay Yadav .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
