By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to release the full salary of suspension period of the petitioner and also sought a direction to the respondents the annual increment to the petitioner from 2020 till date. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, the departmental enquiry has been contemplated against the petitioner; charge sheet was issued and on completion of the enquiry the charge has been proved against the petitioner. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available under law. 4.
