The writ application has been preferred challenging the show cause notices dated 20th March, 2025 and 27th February, 2026 and the adverse police reports against the petitioners herein. 2. Learned senior counsel, Mr. Dutta appearing for the petitioners submits that one of the criminal case which has been mentioned in the police report has been quashed and the other F.I.R has been stayed. Mr. Dutta further submits that as such as they are frequent travelers, they may be permitted to travel. 3. Hearing the learned counsel for the parties it appears that the petitioners were directed to show cause vide the impugned notices. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that they have received the reply to the show cause 2 of the petitioner no. 2 but the reply to the show cause of the petitioner no. 1 is not with the Union of India. 5. The petitioner no. 1 gives an undertaking to this Court that he shall file his reply to the show cause issued in course of this day before the appropriate authority. 6. Accordingly it is directed that the authority concerned shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners herein tomorrow that is on 30th May, 2026 at 11 a.m. and consider the replies to the show cause keeping in mind that one of the criminal cases has been quashed and an F.I.R has been stayed. The respondent authorities shall be at liberty to take an independent decision while disposing of the issue in the present case. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the writ application. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
